Refunds

If you have bought a product but have not yet downloaded the archive, you can have a full refund within 14 days, for any reason. Email zachareeburchfield0909@gmail.com from the address on the order.

Once the archive has been downloaded, the source is in your hands and a change of mind is not refundable. This is the normal position for source-code products and is stated here so it is not a surprise.

A refund is still available after download when the product does not do what the listing said it does. Specifically:

• The archive does not build following its own README.
• A feature named on the listing is absent from the archive or does not function.
• The licence delivered does not match the licence shown on the listing at the time of purchase.
• The download is corrupt and cannot be replaced.

Report it within 14 days with enough detail to reproduce the problem. If it can be fixed, a fix will be offered first; if it cannot, the order is refunded in full.

Buying the wrong product when the listing was accurate; needing a platform the listing did not claim to support; losses arising from running trading or automation software, which is covered by the risk section of the terms; or wanting the source without paying for it.

Email zachareeburchfield0909@gmail.com from the address used for the order, with the product name and the approximate date. You will get a reply within 2 working days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within five to ten business days depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, the licence for that order ends and any deployment made under it must stop.
